1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made via this website are booking requests only. A reservation is confirmed only after written email confirmation from the landlord. By submitting a booking request, the guest agrees to these Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms.

2. Payment Terms

After confirmation, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount must be paid within 14 days. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

For bookings made within 14 days before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately. Payment is made via bank transfer using the payment details provided in the confirmation email.

If payment is not received on time, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The cancellation policy will then apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge.

Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.

Within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount will be charged.

In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be given.

4. Cancellation by the Landlord

If the landlord must cancel the reservation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be fully refunded. No further compensation can be claimed.

5. Force Majeure

Force majeure includes circumstances beyond the landlord’s control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government measures, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, a reasonable solution will be sought where possible.

6. Liability

Stay at J’Adore Secret Garden – Apartment 2.17 is entirely at the guest’s own risk. The landlord is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury during the stay.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their travel companions.

7. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Bulgaria.
